I'm probably not the only one but I think the fact that you can have 2 completely different albums shows how versatile you can be which is always a major plus in the music industry, I can pretty much bet that their next album after post mortem is going to be different. Look at Trivium for example, 4/5 rather different albums yet they're one of the worlds most successful heavy bands. Can't argue with success as annoying as it might be to some people

This band was started by Gabriel Garcia and his brother. Gabe was 11. His brother left and the new drummer was/is Steven Spence. Obviously they're going to change. He was 14 fucking years old when Light From Above was released. No shit they're gonna change. They're still teenagers. I personally think it's amazing they can go through all the puberty shit and still manage to run a kickass band. I like both styles. How can someone be so arrogant to limit themselves to one genre? open your mind.

i used to compare their old sond to that of Iron Maiden... with the powerful ass kicking riffs and screeching melodies, face melting solos, and how well they mixed the bass into the sound... i only had Light From Above, and only saw them play download 2008... but i had great hopes for how well this band was going to do... was so gutted when i heard the new song...

I heard these guys were opening for Iron Maiden on the 17th of April and decided to look them up. And... Wow, I didn't know that there were still people that played metal well. I'm gonna go ahead and say that this song is their masterpiece. It's flat out the best song they have made so far. The piano in the intro adds another whole feeling of depth to the song. It has a catchy chorus, but not in a way that it's the only thing that the song has going for it. The guitars mix old-school style riffs with a more modern sound, which blends perfectly. To top it off, they add stellar solos. This song is flat out fantastic. My favorite part is 3:07 - 3:12.
