There is no arrest seen in this video. Whatever happened, happened before the filming. Apparently they must have been called to a scene involving an armed suspect, thus the shotgun. Nothing wrong w/ having weapons at the ready in the event of a use of force situation. These days, the bad guys have all the rights and the cops are the targets.

Pepper spray isn't permanent and is used to subdue an unruly suspect, even in handcuffs...it encourages compliance. Criminals always want to complain that someone mistreated them, after they just mistreated someone else. There is no "prejudice" here, as you claim. Edited video of PART of an incident doesn't prove anything.

There is no arrest seen in this video. Whatever happened, happened before the filming. Apparently they must have been called to a scene involving an armed suspect, thus the shotgun. Right at the start of the video, officer cuffs "suspect" and another officer holds him as he then holds his head against the car and peppersprays him inches from his eyes.
Not only are BOTH officers guilty of assault, so are the rest (AFTER THE FACT) who don't arrest them for their crimes, but turn a blind eye. (LEGAL TRUTH)

@ancientclown difficult to tell, since the video conveniently cuts RIGHT TO the pepper spraying part. A person IS still able to be resistant even while handcuffed. Pepper spray isn't permanent and is used to subdue an unruly suspect, even in handcuffs...it encourages compliance. Criminals always want to complain that someone mistreated them, after they just mistreated someone else. There is no "prejudice" here, as you claim. Edited video of PART of an incident doesn't prove anything.
