they are both fake, one is just made better but they are both fake, REAL heartbeats dont the beats logo of the left bottom side of the box and of the left side of the box

i think i'm just gonna pay £50 for a pair from amazon themselves, don't really want to risk buying a fake pair as it's a xmas present as well! there was a pair on there from a seller at £35 with delivery but i thought it sounded too good to be true ahaha, but yeah thanks for doing this! you never know with these things.

I just found out today that mine are fake. I purchased them through e-bay and thought I was getting a great deal. I let my sister try them out and she said "They don't sound that great." Don't buy these things from e-bay, please. I checked and the seller who sold them to me has since been removed. Learn from my story, people. Don't be cheap - save up for the real thing.

People instantly think that the fakes were preduced to decieve people, they may not clearly indicate they're fake on the website etc, but i personally think they were produced for people who maybe cant afford the hefty price tag attached to the real ones but still having a stylish pair of headphones.

Well Best Buy is the real ones. Company's have made so many fake ones. Now everything has change on them. DA..So it's not as hard to copy them Now. Your Right. Remember this video was from when they first came out Month's Ago. They had no choice but to update there Stuff. It was easy to copy them. Thank you so much for this video. I got mine from eBay a whille ago, I've had a heavy concience since I felt something wasn't right about them, they looked tattered and used. Huge shame, but at least it's put mind at rest :) getting some new ones for xmas, still worried about where to get a real pair from. :S I'm more carefull now :D

Yes, They sound very real, in stereo....didn't want to chance it....The store still had to take them back and they did.... They did hurt my ears....Made my ears very sore......I was on a plane and they sound real good....JamOnStella
