I can't stand people who think they know everything about guns just because they have played Call of Duty. That game isn't even correct most of the time. For example, the MP-40 (9mm) does more damage than an MG42 (7.92x57MM Mauser) in World at War. This doesn't even remotely make sense.. The gun in this video is most likely a Glock model 18. aa 12 is not that light as the saiga, so if ur in a combat situation where maneuverability is the main player, kalashnikov's design of combat shotgun will save ur ass

I hope you didn't give up on it before trying a different type/brand of shell. My Saiga loves Federal shells, but I tried a box of Winchester 2 3/4" target load shells and every last one failed to eject. Maybe yours had an actual defect, but it's easy to jump to that conclusion if you are feeding it the wrong ammo - the Saiga can be picky.
i'd like to have one that works well.. i think id have a blast with it... but i always wanted a mini 14 too.. so having the saiga with the minor issue helped me spend the extra $70 to go ahead and get what i really wanted..lol
About $500 for a saiga, and you can't buy an AA12 unless your either in the police department or you have a type 7 FFL and your demoing it for a police department.

nope prob just a myth they come with factory 5 rd mags & after market 10 rounders and the magwell kit only excepts 8 rd mags and the 20 round drum but never heard anything about those just seen them in action. but the 12 means 12 gauge like the spas 12! spas doesnt hold 12 rounds the only 12 rd shotty is the streetsweeper now thats an awsome gun!!

with the rapid succession of fire, these shotguns need to have a knoxx stock adapted to them. Or maybe a enidine hydraulic stock, whatever the poison, anything that helps reduce shock and keep the muzzle on target is a plus.
You've got to watch that with a Saiga, it can really mess up the action of the bolts return on semi auto fire. Also, it never ceases to amaze me how poorly so many people position themselves to actually shoot. Using a rile, shotgun or pistol is an art. Learn it!

i was so dissapointed with benelli for not releasing a detachable mag shotgun like the SPAS15 or this! still a great gun though, i love the dual pison gas system, but the price sucks. these saigas are built like tanks and just wont fail you. AK+SHOTGUN = FECKIN SWEET!!!!!!!
Yeah, I am just looking for something that I can bring up faster. The beed sight on my 870 is right along the bore, so it is easy to bring up. Haveing the beed sight on the raised rais seems a little odd to me. I was thinking maybe a red dot.

The Saiga12 isn't a very heavy weapon, so you DO feel some recoil. It's very manageable though.
