  • Dan Peters ccould stand easily stand shoulder to shoulder with Brian Setzer, Buddy

Guy and Dick Dale on the same stage. He's a blast to listen to and has his music bases

    covered.

  • My name's Dan Peters

  • awesome

  • love when the solo suddenly turns into metal lol

  • Pretty awesome. Guy came to my school today and did some demos for my guitar class

  • At 3:30 on to the end reminded me of the way Ted Nugent used to play.

Ted played that way late sixties/early seventies FFFFast and clean as a whistle!

  • You ROCK, Bro!

  • Fantastic Dan!! When and where can I hear you live again. (Green Door) Your former student .

    Tommy

  • hes an awesome teacher at minstrel music

  • this guy has got some crazy hands man he is a beast and so what if the end didnt sound great its the point that this guy can mix that kind of speed with deadly accuracy. man i have been checking out the KOTB finalists and there is some pretty tough competition im leaning towards Josh Gooch but this guys badass too

  • He is going to take KOTB! For all the Gretsch guys. I bought the Westside Winders Albums on Itunes and cant stop listening to them. Amazing Work!

  • this guy is in the finals for GC's King of the Blues.

  • This guy played at a wedding I was at yesterday, he's pretty unreal

  • So what? The rockabilly stuff is very difficult to play...rock shredders just go up and down scales..big deal..

He was just trying to show that side of his talent, and that maybe it didn't transition from the rockabilly part of the song real well, but that says more about the bias of these contests to force a need for players to shift gears to shred rather than to play the song. This was smoking and kicked ass...no question about it..

  • Damn good!!!

  • The "shredfest" at the end really made it!!! LOL!!!

  • how did you get jimmy page outta that?

  • Zeppelin's "Hot Dog" maybe???

  • @chuck9000 JIMMY PAGE IS EVERYWHERE.

but yeah, this isnt THAT reminiscent of Hot Dog hahaha..

  • buttery too smooth tone, I'm guessing a Gretsch through the Lone Star equals tone heaven!

  • He's got a really nice Jimmy Page sounding tone
