  • A Hobby is similar to US Melin's right? What do you fly her on? Looks like a starling or sparrow machine, a valid and useful reason to keep falcons, most are captive bred and those taken from the wild, increase the the survival rate of those not take from an eyrie. Mortality rate when a bird is legally taken, by a competent falconer double the remaining survival rate

  • Raptors belongs to nature, they like their freedom too.

  • Sure would like to live in a country with freedoms to do things like this. Unfortunately, America is so restrictive on everything, our country is dieing economically right before our eyes.

  • @OREGONREPTILEMAN what? we cant do this??

  • @deionc you can not do what ?

  • @OREGONREPTILEMAN It's perfectly legal to practice falconry. Just because there are more laws and regulations concerning it doesn't mean that's a bad thing. Do you know how many people in the US think this is cool and go out and kill a hawk because they don't know what they're doing? In Europe all you need to do is buy one, and chances are if you have no clue you end up wasting money. America has regulations that makes this sport stay a sport here, and not a game of life and death for birds.
