I got it in about 2 mins, I'm used to doing the riffle bridge shuffle. The name should be change though, the name of it should be whatever country is on opposite side of the world to you. So I'm from the UK so to me its the Aussie shuffle, for Americans its the Chinese shuffle etc etc

you don't flip your hands at all- you take the cards with the face towards your back, so they're "upside down" then you simply shuffle and finish with the bridge.
