indeed, got much respect for Roddy, he's obviously not enjoying the camera being there and he still is holding it down and orking with everybody. Tedium comes easily in a recording situation and it can be hard to maintain your inspiration.

the only other track that I know of that was recorded during Angel Dust but not released was a song called 'not again' I found a copy some time ago... you could hear the date stamp for influence but  you could also hear that it would not have fitted on the album without throwing the album dynamic..... well thats what I reckon anyway.

such a shame that Roddy dropped the ball on this band post Angel Dust. Everyone points at Patton, but I really think it was the Roddy/Billy combo that made this band gold. Patton was icing.

i read that his father died before 'king for a day' was made and he became a heroin addict and didnt have much input into that album. i agree with your comment though, altho on album of the year roddy is great again. pity the band hated each other by then.

this is NOT crack hilter. it uses the same sample as the 2:55 part in crack hitler, but listen to the drums. not only are they faster but they are different. also, there are keys in this part, and if you listen to video 2 they continue to a full bass/keyboard solo. so no, its not crack hitler. someones gotta have this song. we need to hear it!!
