the story goes that its named because of a club in Belfast called Shine, which if I'm not mistaken is still running. I think Orbital were there and were impressed at the house music scene bridging the religious divide in Northern Ireland and bringin ghte two communities together. If the song evokes one thing its peace and coming together, which I think is pretty apt in the context of that club
