I'm saying, in japanese its spelled ジブリ, which is phonetically translated to jibli. So why do they spell it Ghibli.

@Andytaker2006 hi guys, yeah its now released over here in the UK under the title "Ocean Waves", altho also known as "Umi Ga Kikoeru". Its a tv movie and about an hour long, not as good as the classics (a la howls, GOTF, Spirited, Totoro etc) but still worth checking out. released in UK under optimum releasing.

1995 it would be Whisper of the Heart. 2002 was when The Cat Returns was released, but it featured the Baron and Muta, just like Whisper of the Heart. I guess it's some kind of sequal.
