Did anyone think to test any of his claims? He mentions his photographic memory a few times. It would be easy to test it. Also, if he grasps quantum mechanics as he claims, it would be easy to get a professor to write up an equation and have Mr Adair simplify it. I'd bet five grand he would fail on both counts. I have many critical rebuttals now, but that does not mean I am not pleased by both his apparent intelligence and his friendly demeanor. Compared to most of the people interviewed he is likable. Did anyone think to test any of his claims? He mentions his photographic memory a few times. It would be easy to test it. Also, if he grasps quantum mechanics as he claims, it would be easy to get a professor to write up an equation and have Mr Adair simplify it. I'd bet five grand he would fail on both counts. He uses technical terms incorrectly. I think the poor man is probably suffering some kind of delusional mental illness.

I challenge you to come up with a Quantum mechanical equation and simplify it AND come up with another equation of the same caliber, for me to simplify/explain

starting at 28:00 he describes his engine- magnetic confinement fusion- in other words containing the hot electrically charged plasma within a magnetic field.
I hope the people here realize that plasma confinement is incredibly difficult to do even today. As far as fusion through plasma confinement is concerned, it HASNT BEEN DONE YET. It's too difficult and the tokamak is the only possible candidate.

@sforcesrcg there is currently no failsafe way to see if someone is lying, you could explain the posture you describe in a number of conflicting ways, he studied in what he is saying for example, or he has social adaptation problems like a lot of wizzkids have these days ;)

This guy sounds so creditable and just rolls out the information from his memory naturally. I find it hard to believe that this info is out for the public for free viewing and this could be intensionally done for the purposes for project blue beam. I also wondered how he constructed this super rocket with common metals and it didnt incinerate with air particle friction. Anyhow, its an eye opener and wonder if we hear from this guy again

I have many critical rebuttals now, but that does not mean I am not pleased by both his apparent intelligence and his friendly demeanor. Compared to most of the people interviewed he is likable. But still, I would never have authorized him to view my personal lab, much less a govt. one, NEVER! especially!! if he is as bright as he says, I've personally gleaned enough on a walk through to jump a few years ahead patent wise, so I know the dangers.

Next, alphanumerics are used as serial number symbols because we are primitive. Advanced systems will either have bar codes ONLY, or embedded RFID or similar identifiers perhaps holographically embossed into the entire surface (planar phase) to be read at any angle with a laser. Next, I have a similar history as this story with an IQ off the charts and although I did get a full ride through college based on my fusion 'notions' and talents, there is no way I have ever met anyone at 15 who was not mostly 'tinkering'. Really bright people experiment, drive our families somewhat nuts, and impress our friends and to a small degree our teachers, but we do not penetrate U.S. Security Protocols, unless... we are arrested, then sometimes we get ‘insight’. hehe

Ok, upon thinking about this now for a number of hours, the 'idea' of reflected pulse fusion devices as propellants is interesting, but the scale would have to be very large, not a model rocket and the nozzle would have to be a kind of etalon rather than an escape valve... so, no. Second, if the engine had a large charge or residual radiation, it would have skewed his perceptions making him believe it was reactive.
