Probably newies, but they quickly learn (after all @ is all about learning :-P). After one dance when they all look like: "WTF? What are they doing? What am I doing here?", on the second one they join in and dance like pros already.
BTW. of course AIESEC is a sect, if it hadn't been, then it wouldn't work and function so well globally.

Its a Punjabi song from the great Indian rockstar - Daler Music. This style of music is called Bhangra and originates from the region of Punjab in Northern India.
