Only in the last grapple in this video you shouldn't put your hand over the opponents because he could throw you over. So for learners don't leave your hand there, try to quickly get your grasp on the waist only. Better safe than sorry.

O-H anyone notice the text on the mats and walls. Wrestling in Ohio and Pens. are almost as prestigous as that of Russia itself. Yes, the sport is strong in a few other states as well.
