Some of the LGBT community might take offense at what this word is changing to mean, but rather than making it a word that is a weapon against the LGBT community, might as well just embrace the evolution of language.

and to be fair the only type of hipsters that suck are the ones who actually try to be different so they can be cool. If people like vintage or non popular objects or ideals for reasons other than popularity then fair play to them.
