Whats a good exposure level when recording with this setting?

@sidmar23323 I try to get the exposure as centred as possible with the metering meter. You're trying to keep as much detail as possible in both highlight and lowlights so that when color grading in post, you have more control. Just a note, this video was shot in very low light.
