Steal Fishing rod (make sure you have no deku sticks first) jump in lake hylia and get out pause and unpause and deku sticks will be on B so jump backwards and hit B and then down C and bottle is on B =^.^=

Go back in time to a kid. equip the MAGIC BEANS on c right. now go foward in time. the light arrows should be on B!
