i wanna write songs my self and often have ideas that i like but most times i donno how to continue.. should i learn more about music theorie to improve my ablities in constructing melodies after a first idea..?

Hmm, hard to say. There's a lot that comes together. If you have passion for music itself, you can play some chords on your guitar and develop two or three riffs that fit well together. The next step can be inventing some melody on each of the riffs. Then add some lyrics to the melodies.

Another way is to write the lyrics first and invent some music on them.. both is possible, nothing is 'false' ;)
