Good news, if you were thinking breaking the yolk negatively affects the cholesterol, turns out it doesn't. You need heat and pressure for oxidation to occur.
it would be very hard for me to believe every species of egg layers layed eggs on the same day and sat on them for two weeks to hatch, all at the same time. eggs had a season just like fruit. i will gamble to say every egg ever found by paleo man was eaten. just a sneaky suspicion here.
@SebbeSucksBawlz yes hemp is a much better source of food than eggs and hemp has an enormous list of uses great storage ability and no blood and guts thus disease like e coli etc
Paleo is pure and utter bullshit.

Are all Paleo breakfasts available to make the night before? The reason being I wouldn't have time in the morning to prepare any of them. Thanks.

@rainza2008 sure you can , and but if you're thinking of cooking them the night before and microwaving them in the morning its not advised lol

Why are American eggs as white as cue balls? I have never seen such an egg here in GB.

@MissLadyboy007 I've always wondered the same thing myself lol. To this day I have never been able to find a place that sells white eggs.

@TheJUNGLESURFER Eggs, fruit and veggies are all you need to have enough energy to sustain the body until you eat your blood and guts for lunch!

Couple of suggestions, poach the eggs to keep more nutrients in the eggs. I'd also have it all separate to make it more pleasing in the eye.
Then you're good to go :)
