This was the real deal....The band was so tight and innovative. I feel sad that Roxy gets so few views considering how great was the musicianship, quality of song writing & lyrics.
Roxy's "Musikladen" performances are the best. Check out "Remake Remodel.."
Thanks for putting this version up again - copyright/etc is a pain in the ass when it comes to something as innocuous as a Roxy Music live performance....
Nothing like this !!

I think I kind of perceive an "egos cock fight" between the singer and the feathered machinist on the left... It just couldn't last.

I love this song, but I'm not crazy about other Roxy songs I've heard. I've listened to their "Stranded" album. Did they do other songs like this?

@videohoho881 Try listening to the first two albums, Roxy Music and For Your Pleasure. If you like this one, you might like Remake/Remodel.

@videohoho881 watch "re-make re-model live 1972" 6th video on the right and listen to their first 2 records

Ah, there's no sound like an analogue synth. What a great, under estimated band.

forget The New York Dolls, this was the origin of punk, art school freaks doing their own thing 3 or 4 years before anyone else caught on.

PLEASURE!!!
I have seen this TV-concert at the age of seventeen in 1973 on german television.
No party without "Strand" or "Editions" in these times!
Many thanks for posting!!!

It's a masterpiece! I saw them in Italy when I was 15 and they were still nobody. They blew my mind. Thank you
