Oh wow, that Tele 5 logo brings back memories. Off Beat was a fucking great programme. I remember the video as well - in fact, this is likely to be the very same broadcast I saw back then.

Especially with the "Nothing is true", made at 1984:
Sounds like new retro electro (everybody in electronic music scene has hyped analog synths for years) and pretty much forgotten genre, new beat.
Even for New Beat this was ahead of its time because that genre practically started at late 80's and faded few years later...
Anyhow, for me Nothing Is True sounds timeless. It's masterpiece!
