I get the impression he's trying to imply that there's some kind of inherent evil or unpleasantness about Jews.
What he seems to conveniently omit is the fact that for centuries Jews were only allowed to do certain jobs and one of them was a merchant i.e. a trader.
Since selling slaves involves trading, logically those behind slavery would have been Jewish!

Interesting that by your standards it was wrong for the Prophet Muhammad to detain violent criminals but you fail to condemn the American justice systems which recently detained an innocent man for 38 years. The female slaves that bear children for their masters are automatically freed along with their children plus the Quran forbids them to be forced into marriage. History does record that European jews were involved in the slave trade, just as other whites were. To what extent, I don't know. Some jews in the U.S. also owned slaves. That partially explains why so many blacks here have jewish names. The holocaust was horrific and America chose to ignore it for far too long. America perpetrated unbelievable atrocities against blacks, indians, jews and others here and around the world. There's no use burying our heads in the sand.
