I really didn't WANT to get to know DBSK at first, honestly. Because I already knew they broke up. (Late Bloomer) I didn't want to love them knowing they aren't together anymore.. but I couldn't help it. I couldn't help falling in love with them and now I'm hurting. It isn't just about the music. It's about the love and friendship these five beautiful angels had for each other. And it's sad. I will be prancing around screaming my lungs off if they ever truly reunite.
Is a beautiful video, and being an DS5K well I think JYJ by taking another name, as a sub unit, they were trying to protect TVXQ too. They respected the idea that the group and the dreams were of all five of them, not 3 nor 2, and did not claim TVXQ's name because of that.
@sahury I don't believe that using the name of jyj was to protect tvxq. Jyj said they considered calling themselves tvxq but decided against it. What they didn't tell their fans is that they can't use the name because it doesn't belong to them and they'd have to ask permission from Sm to use it, who the name belongs to. It wasn't done out of respect, it's because they couldn't use the name. After they formed jyj they didn't want to be associated with tvxq until 2011. Why? I wonder.
@aatwooki Actually, a lawyer ruled that SM did not in fact own the name of TVXQ. And the president of SM would not allow any form of contact between Changmin and Yunho and the former members. It pains me that those two are still probably being abused by SM. I'm not trying to start a fan war here or anything, but I think that HoMin will leave SM as soon as their contracts are up.
@renkurasaki The lawyer can judge anything he wants but the Korean Patent Office(Kipris) shows that Sm have the rights to tvxq under category 9 or recorded works. @renkurasaki ...besides Sm have tvxq. So that logic doesn't make sense that Sm or the Sm president is not allowing contact. Yunho and and Changmin are grown men who can choose who they want and don't want to keep in contact with all by themselves without help. Its now more than two years since contact was cut to blame Sm or anyone else. I think there has got to be a big reason why they don't keep in touch with jyj after all this time especially when they were really close before.

They say they love them but then they say something like "they are probably suffering" as though they know everything that is going on. Show me proof of this suffering. What tvxq say is completely opposite to what jyj claim. I find it hard to believe anyone who says they support and love all five equally because they claim completely different things. I am a tvxq fan and I make no qualms about it, because I believe them more than jyj who have contradicted themselves so many times. They waver alot.

Why did they sign a new ammended contract in Feb if they weren't happy with it? Why did their Parents agree to the 13 yr contract which was for overseas activities in the first place? @UmiKruspe89 and only a civil case to invalidate their contract? Not even Hangeng has ever claimed they were beaten. By the way Hangeng came to a mutual agreement last year with Sm that ended their legal dispute. Like Cuba Gooding Jr says in the movie Jerry Maguire "Show me the money." I will only believe any of the rumours when there is proof they happened until then I won't believe a word. I won't blame anyone for anything without proof.
This is really beautiful, and I did cry during it. But I feel that it paints JYJ as the bad ones for leaving, when they were victims also. I really love all five members, and I hope that soon they can be again as five. THAT is my promise to TVXQ. THAT is what I will wait for.

@renkurasaki This video does not paint jyj as bad people for leaving, it states facts. Anything else is all in your mind. Jyj left Sm and tvxq, and as a result of that decision Yunho and Changmin suffered a great deal that they shouldn't have had to suffer. Its about what tvxq went through not jyj. Yunho and Changmin went through alot , but overcame all those problems to stand on stage again.
@aatwooki I think it overlooks the fact that JYJ suffered from this alot as well. Originally all five of them planned to leave SM, but because of various reasons, Changmin and Yunho couldn't leave. I think each side had it bad because they're forced to leave their friends, and I refuse to choose sides between the 5 because I believe they will come back as 5. To me, JYJ is still part of TVXQ and will always be.

If people want to know about jyj's suffering they should watch videos about them or better yet make their own. Like I said this video is not about jyj but tvxq as in Yunho and Changmin. I liked this video but I have to disagree too, this is so controversial but my opinion is TVXQ is a team 5 together, so it should have been disbanded until they come back together. I am glad they want to keep TVXQ alive but what there doing now is not what all 5 wanted to do. They went on separate paths it hurts me to see TVXQ used with just two members, sorry!

i teared up watching this. i fell in love with the harmonious voices of these 5 guys by accident in 2005 and have supported them since then. no one knows exactly what happened between this 5 people so it is really a waste for fans to fight. let's just hope all 5 of them find happiness whichever road they choose. hopefully, some time in the future, we'll get to see soulfighters hitting each other, norky brothers being crazy and 4 of them bullying junsu again. till then, always keep the faith.

I know its been long since the 'break up' buy for someone who has been a fan of these 5 amazing talents since the day they debut i just cant compute into my head that DBSK is no longer 5. I cant help but wait and hope that one fine day somehow they would be back as DBSK. Sure they can survive even if they went solo, but they were stronger n better when they r together. It seems JYJ are the villains here... Can't blame people though.. But I have one question that is pestering me for awhile now. Why is that Homin not joined JYJ? I think it could have been powerful and nobody can block them if they stay as five? That's the biggest question only the two can answer..

CM and YH didn't have a problem with SM, it was a problem only to the other three members when SM brought up their cosmetic company and them using TVXQ's images illegally without SM's approval. So when SM found out they've been doing that in China, they called all five's parents to put a stop to it. CM and YH's parents were not involved in the business, so they didn't have a problem. JYJ's parents asked them join in on the
@nikhapi cosmetic business, but YH and CM's parents said no. Their TVXQ image isn't for a commerical sale. So when SM got all of them into a meeting. JS's father got upset and decided 3 of them are leaving SM and told YH and CM's parents to come with them or else. YHCM's parents said they weren't thrilled about the SM's contract, but they need to honor the contract until the end, so they said no in joining JYJ.

Everything is kind of unfolding and more and more fans are finding out about what had truely happened between SM and AVEX and AVEX and JYJ's deal, when the court papers came out few months ago. JYJ and AVEX made a contract that AVEX will drop SM artists and sign on JYJ for 7 millions and if YHCM decided to come and join them, they would have to go thru JYJ's approval first then be able to get their share. As if JYJ's above YHCM and have control.
@nikhapi JYJ and AVEX assumed that YHCM would definitely join them and wanted to punish them for not coming with them earlier. But in the end, YHCM stayed local to their contract and able to protect the group's name and songs. Korean fans are very grateful that TVXQ didn't ended up in Japanese company's hand. And when everyone thought TVXQ's career was over, two of them worked so hard and made a huge come back in Korea and Japan.

@fellyvelicia I wish everyone can read Korean fact page compilation regarding their split on daum site and the court documents from Japan and Korea regarding their split and how AVEX signed on JYJ for 7 million by selling SM stocks, and put a cease on SM artists as whole, which led to TVXQ, Boa and other groups to unable to work in Japan, which led to the other SM groups, SNSD and SHINee, signing with different Japanese agencies and being really huge in Japan. This was huge lost to AVEX.
@fellyvelicia And AVEX put a cease on JYJ's japanese activities due to their Korean agency Cjes being a thug/mobster and doing activities not approved by AVEX. JYJ's so called Agency is well known to be related to one of three Korean mobsters. So currently JYJ and AVEX are having their legal battles. And AVEX went back to SM and let TVXQ make a come back in Japan. According to various Tweets and news interviews, it's pretty much well known that JYJ and TVXQ are not in speaking terms.
@fellyvelicia And a lot of animosity is due to what is known as 625 event, where JYJ's parents and sister organized a secret meeting with fan webmasters of JYJ to spread a rumor about how YH and CM were "supposedly" betrayed them and remained behind. This caused a lot of hateful rumors and even property damage to the CM parent's house, and terrorizing their family members by crazy fans who believed the rumors. JYJ interviewed that they want to talk to CM or YH, which made TVXQ's fans really mad.

Now YH and CM never responded to JYJ's tweets ever, and always said they wish 3 of them the best and never a bad words. Do you believe JYJ or YHCM, it is ur decision, but read up and research before making ur decisions. Facts are all there. JYJ's tweets against TVXQ's come back, and YC put a pic of how he had cut off the wings (YHCM) of Cassiopeia on tweeter.

Sorry if I'm offending anyone but..I'm not sure how accurate this is - apparently TVXQ agreed to either leave or stay as 5, but an hour or so before they filed the lawsuit, HoMin backed out of it. If you look at it that way, then JYJ aren't quite the ones who left.
Anyway. That wasn't my point. Who cares who's fault it is? Both sides (and let's not forget SME) have their share of blame. And do you think they'd be happy for their fans to bash people they've been friends with for nearly a decade?
@shatteredillusiions I've heard that before too. It's funny because the five of them have stated in some way that TVXQ doesn't existed without the five of them. So I kind of feel like they were going to leave as five but who knows. If you read quotes from both sides, there is obviously a side we don't know. JYJ is always talking about waiting for them and that it isn't the end.

I first discovered them at 2008, forgot them for a while, discovered them again. While my love towards them grew bigger and bigger, my bond to this band got stronger and stronger, they kept drifting away. When they actually fell apart, it felt like everything around be got wrecked as well. Let's just keep on believing. Believing that some day they'll unite as five because to me TVXQ is not TVXQ if there's just the two. I need them all.
3 friends slowly drifted away from them.... yes, that's what really happened. The fans that bashed HoMin had the face to actually call themselves as cassies.
I don't really care if TVXQ only has HoMin now, but for me JYJ is still the 3 vocals of TVXQ and they will stand on stage again as 5. I'll always keep the faith no matter what.
I love and miss all of them together. But there are two sides to a story. This is only one side of the story. While the other side can not be heard. I hope that one day they will reunite, but for now, this is the best for all of them. 3+2=5 Always keep the faith.
I love TVXQ therefore I support them.. I'm happy if they're happy.. whatever the path they chose, I'll support it.. Well, for my opinion, It's not JYJ's fault. It's about SM violating human rights, like what happened to SuJu's HanGeng (Go watch videos of him explaining it.) Others know that JYJ also wants them to be back as 5 again.

@veebrisav There is nothing wrong with pursuing happiness and freedom but there is something wrong with treating your friends badly, holding private meetings without anyone to defend them, writing ambiguous tweets that increase the bashing of friends you claim to love, plus a lot more stuff as I'm sure you know, that almost destroy your friends reputations and careers while apparently pursuing that happiness. I don't know how jyj can claim to be happy after what they did to tvxq...

In their interviews tvxq have said constantly that actions are more important than words. Jyj decided to leave but left screaming and shouting. Jyj did bash tvxq read their tweets...

Obviously there are bad feelings between them that's why they are not contacting each other. Jyj should have handled the split better and left the rest to the lawyers to deal with. Is a beautiful video, and being an DS5K well I think JYJ by taking another name, as a sub unit, they were trying to protect TVXQ too. They respected the idea that the group and the dreams were of all five of them, not 3 nor 2, and did not claim TVXQ's name because of that.

@sahury I don't believe that using the name of jyj was to protect tvxq. Jyj said they considered calling themselves tvxq but decided against it. What they didn't tell their fans is that they can't use the name because it doesn't belong to them and they'd have to ask permission from Sm to use it, who the name belongs to. It wasn't done out of respect, it's because they couldn't use the name. After they formed jyj they didn't want to be associated with tvxq until 2011. Why? I wonder.

It pains me that those two are still probably being abused by SM. I'm not trying to start a fan war here or anything, but I think that HoMin will leave SM as soon as their contracts are up.

Jyj left Sm and tvxq, and as a result of that decision Yunho and Changmin suffered a great deal that they shouldn't have had to suffer. Its about what tvxq went through not jyj. Yunho and Changmin went through alot , but overcame all those problems to stand on stage again.

@aatwooki I think it overlooks the fact that JYJ suffered from this alot as well. Originally all five of them planned to leave SM, but because of various reasons, Changmin and Yunho couldn't leave. I think each side had it bad because they're forced to leave their friends, and I refuse to choose sides between the 5 because I believe they will come back as 5. To me, JYJ is still part of TVXQ and will always be.

i teared up watching this. i fell in love with the harmonious voices of these 5 guys by accident in 2005 and have supported them since then. no one knows exactly what happened between this 5 people so it is really a waste for fans to fight. let's just hope all 5 of them find happiness whichever road they choose. hopefully, some time in the future, we'll get to see soulfighters hitting each other, norky brothers being crazy and 4 of them bullying junsu again. till then, always keep the faith.

It seems JYJ are the villains here... Can't blame people though.. But I have one question that is pestering me for awhile now. Why is that Homin not joined JYJ? I think it could have been powerful and nobody can block them if they stay as five? That's the biggest question only the two can answer..

@nikhapi So really the split was the money issue. Everything is kind of unfolding and more and more fans are finding out about what had truely happened between SM and AVEX and AVEX and JYJ's deal, when the court papers came out few months ago. JYJ and AVEX made a contract that AVEX will drop SM artists and sign on JYJ for 7 millions and if YHCM decided to come and join them, they would have to go thru JYJ's approval first then be able to get their share. As if JYJ's above YHCM and have control.

@nikhapi JYJ and AVEX assumed that YHCM would definitely join them and wanted to punish them for not coming with them earlier. But in the end, YHCM stayed local to their contract and able to protect the group's name and songs. Korean fans are very grateful that TVXQ didn't ended up in Japanese company's hand. And when everyone thought TVXQ's career was over, two of them worked so hard and made a huge come back in Korea and Japan.

@fellyvelicia I wish everyone can read Korean fact page compilation regarding their split on daum site and the court documents from Japan and Korea regarding their split and how AVEX signed on JYJ for 7 million by selling SM stocks, and put a cease on SM artists as whole, which led to TVXQ, Boa and other groups to unable to work in Japan, which led to the other SM groups, SNSD and SHINee, signing with different Japanese agencies and being really huge in Japan. This was huge lost to AVEX.

@fellyvelicia And AVEX put a cease on JYJ's japanese activities due to their Korean agency Cjes being a thug/mobster and doing activities not approved by AVEX. JYJ's so called Agency is well known to be related to one of three Korean mobsters. So currently JYJ and AVEX are having their legal battles. And AVEX went back to SM and let TVXQ make a come back in Japan. According to various Tweets and news interviews, it's pretty much well known that JYJ and TVXQ are not in speaking terms.

@fellyvelicia And a lot of animosity is due to what is known as 625 event, where JYJ's parents and sister organized a secret meeting with fan webmasters of JYJ to spread a rumor about how YH and CM were "supposedly" betrayed them and remained behind. This caused a lot of hateful rumors and even property damage to the CM parent's house, and terrorizing their family members by crazy fans who believed the rumors. JYJ interviewed that they want to talk to CM or YH, which made TVXQ's fans really mad.

Now YH and CM never responded to JYJ's tweets ever, and always said they wish 3 of them the best and never a bad words. Sorry if I'm offending anyone but..I'm not sure how accurate this is - apparently TVXQ agreed to either leave or stay as 5, but an hour or so before they filed the lawsuit, HoMin backed out of it. If you look at it that way, then JYJ aren't quite the ones who left.
Anyway. That wasn't my point. Who cares who's fault it is? Both sides (and let's not forget SME) have their share of blame. And do you think they'd be happy for their fans to bash people they've been friends with for nearly a decade?

So I kind of feel like they were going to leave as five but who knows. If you read quotes from both sides, there is obviously a side we don't know. I first discovered them at 2008, forgot them for a while, discovered them again. While my love towards them grew bigger and bigger, my bond to this band got stronger and stronger, they kept drifting away. When they actually fell apart, it felt like everything around be got wrecked as well. Let's just keep on believing. Obviously there are bad feelings between them that's why they are not contacting each other. Jyj should have handled the split better and left the rest to the lawyers to deal with.
