I recall meeting Frank Richards during the early 1970s at a NABBA Univerese prelimenary.

I found him to be one of the friendliest bodybuilders from that era. Very approachable.

I recall when he was the victim of a brutal stabbing attack during the 1980s...but made a comeback inspite of it.
