SugarPill has a nice Opaque white. Now Im uncertain of your idea of opaque, but I think it is very opaque and very blendable. They have very pigmented and smooth eyeshadows. I hope you like them as much as I, thank you for your talents here on youtube, I appreciate you :)

since the eyebrow arch for women is generally higher up than for men, do you find you have to adjust the brow placement? You have nicely set eyes, they're not to deep or prominant so it must make it easier all around to do eye makeup

Any Mehron or Kryolan palette should have an absolutely white pigment, mostly Kryolan. If not you can try Mehron White Foundation and then powder..but that's not what you wanted right? ;). Thumbs up for paleness thought I was the only one :D

If your still looking for a 'bang' white, try Topshop's Cream eyeshadow in Snow storm. If you put on a bit of a white pigment over the top, it looks amazing and will gives that opaque white effect.
