@minicountrygirl depends on the laws where you live. In WA you have to be 16 with parental concent and supervision. The piercer can get in trouble for doing it but not you personally.

Saddly have to agree, and I'm usually the LAST person to say or agree on something like this. I have 5 tats myself. My wife has 2 tats, 3 piercings in each ear, and a tongue stud. But this has just totally messed up your otherwise very pretty face, especially at such a young age. Luckily they can be removed to heal over (I think), because I seriously doubt if you'll like showing all of that stuff after about 30 & in a professional job market.
