okay, I just tried this and it is completely incorrect. Using 2oz of leaf per stick and 16 oz of water will create this swamp thing like mass. This does not give it any chance to separate in the fridge.

I would add a lot more water to try and achieve this. I am going to make another batch today. (what I did - 4 sticks = 224g of leaf.)

no dummy, the way she's measuring her ingredients is not in terms of dry mass, but in terms of liquid mass. There is the dry ounce, which would run you a pretty penny, and there is the fluid ounce. This woman obviously either overlooked this or ate too much butter. She should have measured in tablespoons instead for a more accurate measurement and less confusing video.

its not the oz you guys are thinking. fluid ounces measured by size and not weight. thats why an "ounce" seems a lot, but if the bud is ground down to powder then you get a lot denser of an ounce.
