Sometimes the Zip will jam but as it is only held on by velcro so you can kick your legs out in emergency. It is comfortable except for holding your head up with helmet on for hours at a time...but after years of flying you get used to it (well nearly I ache all over after a long days flying but I am getting on a bit now HaHa).
Is this a difficult thing to learn? i would love to do it! does there have to be alot of wind? how often do people crash on these things? Great video!
Check out the USHPA website for you lot across the pond...Took me a year to become an independant Pilot 15 years ago in the UK with my own gear. Expect to spend 2000 to 3000 dollars all in including buying wing and all the other stuff (used kit) good luck its great fun... your other pursuits will suffer!
This glider stalls around 15 mph as I am light on it and it is not tuned tight you really have to push out to get it to break stall..usually it will go into mush mode nicely...
Nice footage mate!! I fly coastal in Australia and i can't wait to fly some inland. You have a great site there!

Is it easy to stall with these things? I've got only soaring experience but this seems to be very interesting...

Nice use of music too, good cutting, nice landing on that smooth laminar hilltop! Good piece.
