i've heard that some people do an extended induction period 4 weeks instead of the 2 weeks.

mostly those that do it have more than 100lbs to lose.

Congrats on your weightloss... I have read that many people have slow losses with those bars, but they are sooo good. At least they are something to look forward to for maintenance. I have the shakes once in a while they are pretty good too. hope youre feeling better soon. take care
