It's also a fact that the ssc cannot beat the veyron super sport unless the race was restricted to solely a drag race, aka a straightaway. Any track with turns on it puts the ssc at a great disadvantage considering the veyrons suspension, wheels and breaks.

...sorry...but if you don't rev it how it's the engine supposed to warm up?...every supercar has to be revved up (not full load, just 5000-5500 rpm) before driving...I know because in my town (in Italy) there's a Ferrari mechanic and tuner...so I see Enzo's, F40, 355, 360 every day...
The ECU will automatically be running the engine rich (more fuel:air than normal) to warm it up without revving it too much.
People who warm their cold engine by revving it are just fucking up their engines.
Revving to warm it up is not too bad on very modern engines where it can get oil in all the right places early but even with that they leave it to idle for a few minutes first.
its a ok looking car and a lot of cars r not a piece of engineering especially supercars a lot r random pieces put together but if u take time and then its a piece of engineering and the car is really fast but i like the veyron more and its only a lil bit slower in top speed
The ultimate aero is quite ugly. It's not a huge feat of engineering either like the bugatti or Mclaren F1. It took much more skill to make the Mclaren go 240 with N/A engine then to slap a supercharger on it. The interior is shocking even in the 2009 version. (although the mclaren isn't much better). I feel that a supercar should either be raced or be luxury to show off, this you can do neither, it doesn't offer the luxury of a pagani or the racing capability of a ferrari or mclaren.
The ultimate aero is very good looking. The bugatti is not by anymeans a huge feat of engineering. It uses an 8 liter w16 with four turbochargers. Its huge with huge tires, and shaped like an aerodynamic electric shaver. So it being comfortable and able to do 250 some mph. Don't get me wrong, I like it but it's not as amazing as everyone thinks. The mclaren is pretty amazing but I wouldn't give it more credit then it deserves. They called bmw and made an engine together.

The aero was designed to handle well. Its not a piece of crap.
It isn't a racing car so it won't set any LE-MANS records. Neither did the mclaren. The racing version of the mclaren did. But we arent comparing the racing version. only road legal versions.
It is near perfect. And it's German. Not brittish =]
Every part wears down over time. But its reliablity, ability to rev, torque, and power make it one of the best all round engines.

true most americans do suck at driving not all are that way. to me the point of a sports car is a manual transmission and taking RIGHT and left turns. while i do respect the McLaren the ultimate aero or the saleen or even the mossler mt900s has exceeded the f1's performance. right now ill take the ultimate aero or maybe the new hennessy venom as my choice for performance vehicle. sadly i will more than likely never drive any of those cars but if i had my first choice the f1 is no longer it.

...sorry...but if you don't rev it how it's the engine supposed to warm up?...every supercar has to be revved up (not full load, just 5000-5500 rpm) before driving...I know because in my town (in Italy) there's a Ferrari mechanic and tuner...so I see Enzo's, F40, 355, 360 every day...

Revving a cold engine causes major engine wear.
The ECU will automatically be running the engine rich (more fuel:air than normal) to warm it up without revving it too much.
People who warm their cold engine by revving it are just fucking up their engines.
Revving to warm it up is not too bad on very modern engines where it can get oil in all the right places early but even with that they leave it to idle for a few minutes first.

The ultimate aero is quite ugly. It's not a huge feat of engineering either like the bugatti or Mclaren F1. It took much more skill to make the Mclaren go 240 with N/A engine then to slap a supercharger on it. The interior is shocking even in the 2009 version. (although the mclaren isn't much better). I feel that a supercar should either be raced or be luxury to show off, this you can do neither, it doesn't offer the luxury of a pagani or the racing capability of a ferrari or mclaren.

The ultimate aero is very good looking. The bugatti is not by anymeans a huge feat of engineering. It uses an 8 liter w16 with four turbochargers. Its huge with huge tires, and shaped like an aerodynamic electric shaver. So it being comfortable and able to do 250 some mph. Don't get me wrong, I like it but it's not as amazing as everyone thinks. The mclaren is pretty amazing but I wouldn't give it more credit then it deserves. They called bmw and made an engine together.

mmmm no it wouldn't. I don't know how well the aero handles, but I bet it might set a similar lap time to the Mclaren at Nurburgring. What engine would better fit the Mclaren? It has a near perfect BMW v12. High reving and lots of torque. so calm down and take caps lock off.

@StarsMarsRadio first of all the aero is not disigned for the track, so don't even try to compare a mclaren f1 to that crap. 2nd what as the aero ever acheived "NOTHING, other than the fastest car in a straight line. the earo will never win "LE-MANS so get that through that skull of yours and 3rd the mclaren engine is not near perfect no mechanical engine is perfect parts fail in time, i bet most of the engine you see there is not even the original, parts will have been replaced through time.

The aero was designed to handle well. Its not a piece of crap.
It isn't a racing car so it won't set any LE-MANS records. Neither did the mclaren. The racing version of the mclaren did. But we arent comparing the racing version. only road legal versions.
It is near perfect. And it's German. Not brittish =]
Every part wears down over time. But its reliablity, ability to rev, torque, and power make it one of the best all round engines.
