Nice vid, Caught an absolute clonker of a perch today on a lure just outside of Reading. Had a technical mishap though, went to take a picture and had left my cameras memory card at home, would have loved a picture :(
Nice fishing. In the US we have a similar fish called a yellow perch. Are you permitted to eat these fish? What is a lobworm? Can you put a pic on youtube? We fish for these with small minnows mostly. Look forward to your reply in the States!
where on thames? i've been after perch near lechlade and had a 1lb 9oz on my first session on lobworm with a size 8! i would say an 18 is far to small, i normally fish a 12 when after big perch!
yes...personly i do love catching perch,roch,rudd,or gudgeon! Nice perch though.

@bazyzfr1 - River Thames UK (Berkshire), i did actually put a size 10 hook on when i changed to worm just didnt say ;-)
