Really? I'm sure Godzilla came before Ultraman to begin with, in fact, the Jiras suit was a modified version of the Godzilla suit, so Ultraman vs. Godzilla wouldn't have been too difficult saying that Tsuburaya made both of them.
they were actually trying to make a Ultraman vs Godzilla episode in the oringinal Ultraman but there budget was low so they couldnt make a Godzilla costume.
