That's Ian Roussell (who I assume built the car because he's a "rat rod custom builder") driving it and the guy walking around it is the owner, I forget his name. I've only read it. It's in an issue of a magazine I've got. Probably "ol skool rods". That's neat though 'cause I bet that's when he bought it. I believe Ian sells his cars at 'Viva.

I bought this off of ebay last Sept. I am raising the seat so your head sticks out of the roof and a giant shifter. It needed a bunch of plumbing and we are redoing the rear end/air ride to make it safer. It when one car show next to my '59 Impala and new 56 gasser and the ppl flocked. I am going in a different direction w/the wheels, interior and air cleaner too
@1WILD59 Glad to hear you own this. Let me pick ur brain a sec. Im thinking of doing a 56 somewhat like this, is the cab sectioned or does it just have a chopped top also was the cab narrowed? It looks awsome. I wasnt so sure if I wanted to do the 56 or not until I saw this.
im glad to hear that is made of fiberglass. id hate to see that done to a real piece of old american steel. i have nothing against customizing, chopping, leadding in, and forming the old cars, but this one is wayy over the top. it needs some sort of rear end. i do love the grille though

I was dissapointed when I saw that the body on that rod is all fiberglass :( but it has the same bb caddy motor I have in my 29' chevy :)
