  • THANK YOU!!! i Needed This For My Lettuce Chicken Wraps <3

  • @GumbieHeart Thank you so much for watching :)

  • As a test to see if oil is hot enough, test one or two strands to see if they bloom in the oil. if not, wait a bit longer for the oil to heat or you will destroy your noodles!

  • Does anyone know how caloric these are? (esp with the oil) thanks!

  • that looked real great...will try...and thumbs up

  • @HALLSYSKITCHEN Thank you - I usually put these on top of or underneath stir fries; but I love your idea of the jalapenos on your chicken, rice and vegie dish - I have to try that - looks delicious :)

  • Thanks for posting! I always wondered how to do this, lol!

  • Hey, if its not a problem can you make Pho?

  • Love your recipes! Keep up the good work!!

  • Neat! I always thought those noodles came already crispy and packaged. Now I know! =D

  • Hi...

Just wanted to thank you :)

  • Hey, if its not a problem can you make Chee Cheong Fun?

  • I'll put this on my request list :)

  • These noodles also make a fun snack when

you want something light and crunchy instead

of being hard like other crunchy snacks.

  • Thanks you ,very good

  • How about using a salad spinner to dry out the noodles? Or would that be too brutal?

  • That is an interesting idea - I don't think it would be too brutal for these noodles - I'll have to try that sometime :)

  • Some other recipes put the dried noodles directly into hot oil. It puffs up. The results seem to be crunchy. Does this result in crispier noodles?

I just want to avoid the splashing oil, but if the finished texture is right I'll put up with it.

  • This is a great question. I like them this way because they have a hard crunch rather than a puffy crunch. The key is to make sure the noodles are pretty much dry before placing them in the oil and serve them right away. If they are not dry, they can come out with a stale cruch. They also don't keep well like the others will. Thanks for writing this :)

  • Thank you so much! I find this helpful
