at 30 seconds the drums come in. most people would consider that "dropping the beat" or for short, a drop. Modern electronic dance music is compressed/limited to hell so there is no crescendo in volume if that's what you meant. If you meant crescendo not as in volume, maybe in energy or something, most people would call that a build. I am a producer. I and everyone I know who produces music like this uses phrases like drops and builds all the time.
