He describes himself as "troll slayer" and takes pleasure in tracking down people he defines as ‘culprits’ and exposing them to public shame, especially from close family.

If you don’t like what people say online, just ignore it. We don’t need self-appointed busybodies like Joly to police our lives.

Bt is a british telephone service, the operator is where you phone to make reverse charge calls and get phone numbers for places/people etc. And a switchboard is something they use in offices n stuff where you phone the switchboard and they put you through to the service you want, So you dont have like 5 hundred different numbers for each department you just have one and they put you where you need to be. :D
