@83atx Get off 2k5's nuts bro, 2k5 is not the standard in sports games anymore. This looks way better than NFL2k5 ever did, wait till you see the game on an HDTV in person, looks even better than NCAA 12 which is the best looking football game we've ever seen up until now.

we alll critazing about this but realisticly speaking this is way better than the other madden's we seen..im a die hard football fan and a Madden for years n wht im saying is if you only concentrating on the bad you wont even get the enjoyment of the good of tha game....it wont be perfect .but surely its getting their n MADDEN 12 IS A GOOD START TO THAT PERFECTION SERIES IN MADDEN

Jesus... not only does the gameplay still not compare to NFL 2K5's, but the aesthetics of the game aren't even that great. Player movements and animations are so awkward.

@IGetPicks Yeah they were able to attain the rights to it this year, it was a copyright issue up until this year. That's why they called it Chicago Stadium, but this year it's going to say Soldier Field in the game.

lol, i have to money, just dont like to blow it on something that wasn't worth it, will be renting this though to decide, i was stated that madden 12 is a rent to by decision, but nba 2k12 is a buy off top, no questions asked!

@brianklblus I am friends with a few people who have played it already and I trust their opinion, neither were m11 fans. It's not blind fanboyism, 12 is going to be great, in the same sense that NCAA 12 is. No suction, smoother gameplay, tackling looks great and I've heard is a lot of fun, improved zone D, most of all, the game will be a lot of fun. I already enjoy NCAA 12 way more than I ever did any football video game in the past including 2k5, Madden 12 is going to be similar in gameplay.

Blind hatred? How about blind fanboyism on your behalf? You keep referring to Madden 12 as "great" yet you haven't played it yet. You can't sweep all the problems under the rug and ignore them - many of these issues being legacy problems. Problems that have went untouched for years. @Fitz2k2 and warlordofpeace Madden 12 and NCAA 12 play pretty similar, they are both great games, but Madden 12 feels a little fresher and like more of an upgrade from last year.

This is going to be so awesome, NCAA 12 already is awesome and these two games are pretty similar gameplay wise. I can't wait to see this game from broadcast cam on an HDTV

@Shift245 I'd say work on the sidelines first, and since you're nitpicking.. Ever ran out of bounds and ran through those ghostly crowd of players? It just doesn't make any sense as both sides are subsequently clapping their hands. EA also made a fatal error with the endzones. Both sides are empty, and we all know in real games the mascots wanders around while the cheerleaders cheer the crowds behind the endzones. :)
