The roles chosen such as King, scholar, slave and the overleaves sound very much like the 'Messages from Micheal' books from 25 years ago. (Wow, I'm that old.) Is the entity using the same names for familiarity's sake, or are these universal to incarnating?

As indicated, these particular labels were first used in the "Messages from Michael" books by Chelsea Quinn Yarbro.

The entities we talk with, who are NOT the Michael entity, suggested this vocabulary because it is vaild and descriptive.

The labels for the soul types are somewhat arbitrary. The entity Seth who dictated books via Jane Roberts used different labels. However, the Michael lables are intuitively easy to grasp at first glance and are useful, especially regarding relationships.

We are here for many reasons. Learning and experience are certainly among the top reasons. However, using the word "only" is highly limiting and in general not applicable to the nature of consciousness or the nature of reality (both the same thing).

Also, it is not true that only love is real. There are many real things in the cosmos.

There are seven soul types in this particular vocabulary (Seth used 9 soul types in his system) They are :

King, Warrior, Sage, Artisan, Priest, Slave, and Scholar. It is basically three closely related pairs (Kings and Warriors for example) and one neutral type, which is Scholar.

They all have specific traits, and knowing them can help communications within any kind of relationship considerably.

It depends upon your definitions of "absolutely" and "equal" doesn't it?

If by absolutely equal you may the exact same... which would be the definition... then no. Everyone and every soul and every being is an individual unique unto the whole of the cosmos.

This is a limited forum. However, Jesus did and continues to exist., as do all beings. The historical Jesus was obviously a very enlightened being highly aware of spiritual metaphysical knowledge and the nature of consciousness.

Obviously there are many levels of awareness. The evolution of spiritual awareness is a real process and part of the entire point of existence.

Being a slave does not sound great to me. What are guides? Can we eventualy evolve as guides also?

Actually, slave essences can evolve faster than any other essence because they are focused on being of service.

They often make great hosts, for example, and also often have a great network of friends. They tend to enjoy social success in particular and are rarely "loaners".

They seek service to what they feel is the common good. I know some pretty cool and very successful slave essences. Their social networking ability can be amazing.

The term is sometimes changed "Service Givers".
