With the removal of the registry, if you transfer gun you must call the RCMP and validate their license. If a individual or a store transfers one to someone and they have a expired license, it is 14 years in prison.
Restricted and Prohibited "schedules" also specifically state "and variants". So if a other manufacturer makes a similar gun, or a manufacturer sells a similar gun to one of the listed models, they are restricted as well. So the left yet again shows they never read any of the law.
