What is the meaning behind this song? And why is "Amerika" spelled that way? Is it on purpose?

@Gavinvox742 I'm not quite sure on the meaning of this, I just know that 'America' is spelled that way in the lyric booklet and it is also spelled 'Amerika' in the song title off Appeal to Reason's Collapse (post Amerika). Tim must be showing something through this but what it is, I have no clue lol
