i got a big old doe this season too. and i got a buck with one small antler, and one going straight up in the air. an old cull buck. he must have been hit by a car at one point or sumthin cause he had a messed up nose too!
This was our first whitetail hunt. I'm from utah and we don't have whitetail. I have shot a bunch of Mule deer and Elk, But these were some of the first whitetail I have seen besides movies so it was nice to try something new.
oh, thats cool, i have always dreamed of going to utah, colorado, montana, u know, one of those western states and hunting elk! if u want some HUGE whitetail go to "el tecomate" ranch in texas. some of the biggest whitetail ever are taken there!
Oh yeah, There was two deer I could only see the one, she hit it in the bottom jaw, but it went all the way through and came out the other side kind of grewsome but it worked.
