@kris6682 heres a tip be careful who you tailgate because if you get someone like me they are gonna brake check your ass and if you hit them its entirely your fault your insurance pays for there dmg etc etc your insurance rates then goes up while theres stays the same since they are not at fault tailgating is also illegal if a cop catchs ya get a nice fat ticket so just keep a distance and honk your horn flash your lights just not enough to mess up oncoming traffic thoug

@SwineFluOMG obviously you dont live in or near any mountains or you would realize that there are some places where you cant pass in my daily 45 min commute there is 1 passing zone and maybe 3 places where you could safely pass someone illegally so unless you get lucky and traffic is clear when you get to one of these places your fucked and that is the way most highways in my area are very curvy and lots of hills

@kris6682 Alright, i didnt think of that so I'll admit that passing isnt really an option in your situation, but i agree with auszug21 Id still brake check anyone who is tailgating me. they have alot more to lose since they responsible for the accident and they are more likely to get hurt. and by the off chance that they do try to kick my ass, thats assualt, which would come with fines probation and possibly a prison sentence. so id think twice before you assualt someone over a car accident.

There is a man serving time right now that brake checked a family and a little girl in the family's car ended up dieing because of it. If they can prove you were brake checking on purpose you will be liable. I brake check people but I watch my mirror as I do it and make sure I speed up right away to avoid collision.

i don't tailgate, so it really pisses me off when people do it to me. i slowed down to 35 in the fast lane of the freeway because some asshole got on, almost wiped out 3 or 4 cars to get in the fast lane to ride my ass (i was already doing 70 in a 60), then got pissed off that i wouldn't go faster and stayed literally about 2 feet back. i just kept slowing down to piss him off. he got even closer, blared his horn, then almost wiped out a few more cars just to get off at the next exit. WTF?!

I can't say much. I have very bad road rage...When I get a Honda or a Suburu who thinks he's hot shit and cuts me off cause he's passing in a no passing zone or does something stupid and has to force me into emergency action...I do the exact same back. 90 percent of the time, I wipe that bastard out and keep driving.
