HAHA! 2nd Impact had that weird air-parry OPTION of choosing the direction to fall: forward, or in this case, 0:45 DOWNWARDS by tapping down instead, I believe ^_^ I'm a damn JP fanboy, so I'll watch these 2I matches even though the JP guys lost their minds to bother with this game (show us the TRUE power of Sean and Akuma!).
'haha, yeah: in all my other comments in these vids, I focused more on Ibuki and Sean. I dunno...this game feels kinda unbalanced to me. It's fun for sure, but it seemed there were too many easy ways to link supers; some characters had infinites (Hugo, and I think, Ryu and Ibuki among others); Ryu had 2 denjins, etc. If other players don't feel the game is too unbalanced and it can still be played competitively (and if I knew a GOOD place for comp), I'd play it more :)

Ibuki's infinite (walk, roundhouse x n after SAIII) is in NG, as are Ryu's shin shoryu infinites and 100% damage combos.

I shoulda known it was her t+hk in the corner that equals an infinite.

No, it's 2nd Impact. You can see Hugo and Urien in the selection screen.
The first SFIII was called "New Generation".
