I really like this kind of bluebeat sound. My hobby is to rediscover all those great bands from the 60s/70s that didn´t "broke through". It´s a fantastic musical treasure. Listen (youtube) for example to:
THE ZETTLERS and their versions of "Skinnie Minnie" and "Beautiful Delilah".
(Really f.....g good with a bloody driving beat).
THE GOLLIWOGS and the song "Tell me". Check up the singer...Yes, it´s him!!!

Great band with a bluebeat sound. Remember "Pills"? Saw them perform at the Dungeon Club in Nottingham.

Micky Finn( aka Mickey Waller) played in France wtih Nino Ferrer and Jacques Higelin...he played with steve marriot too :)
