Well it wasn't going over the road at the time. I find it more scary when people in their trucks think they can go thru 3-4 feet of water thinking they won't get stuck. I don't think the authorities would allow me to go there if they thought it was dangerous. And there were some who were told to get back. But they were standing on the dike itself. Which isn't made of concrete. Didn't really go on the dike all that much.
