you're a lot better than me with this form! where did you learn it? i ended up practicing only the double-hand mantis sword because it was so difficult. don't be so hard on youself i think you did a great job.

haha, thanks! =) I still have a lot of work to do on it though. I learned this form from my sifu at Cal Wushu. What's the difference between mantis sword and two handed ss?
