@neilgrabowsky Hi Neil thanks for the explanation of how Celery works. How would you say the product could be sustained or improved in the long term, given that computing power will become steadily more energy efficient over time and also given that many users now tweet from iPhones or the like?
Wow that's a dumb way to use twitter. This is obviously free advertising for that "Cellery" service (look at the huge monitor in the background with the Cellery logo on it).
It's not very environmentally friendly either...wasting paper to send and receive tweets.
Why not just call up this Cellery service and tell them what to type in? That would eliminate the need for paper or a fax machine...better yet, why not just call your family in the first place?
Dude! That broad has dual 22" monitors and she needs to use a damn fax machine to post tweets? WTF?? She probably has both an iPhone and a Blackberry, but sends texts with her microwave.
Too much hardware to be a home. Looks like a conference room or office at the Celery site. Why else would there be a TV mounted on the wall with their logo on it?

Sure, using the PC would be simpler—for people who know how to operate one. Not a bad idea at all.

What a waste of paper.

Sounds more complicated and time consuming than just using the PC.

There has to be a more challenging way to upload to Twitter.

Celery is more environmentally friendly than you may realize at first:
- Celery Fax machines use 1/16th the power of a desktop computer.
- Celery Users on average use just half a ream of paper per year (250 pages).
- When Tweeting, users reuse pages by folding down the top few inches.
I encourage you to visit our website to learn more about just how green Celery really is.
Thanks,
