  • This spot is a window into the Italian world, exactly Sicily, and this spot tell of the italian period after World War II. Bellucci is a classic Mediterranean beauty and Sicilian woman, and men are the classic men of the South-italy. Beautiful spot, and Morricone's music is fantastic. Dolce and Gabbana create unique spots! Do not forget the commercials of parfum Sicily with Bellucci, in2001,on a beach in Sicily and in 2002 with Fernanda Tavares in a cinema of sicily.

  • lol does there always have to be a funeral scene in every Italian-based flick? Frankenstein, Godfather, and now this

  • Adoro questo spot dalla prima volta che l'ho visto! Mi trasporta in un'altra epoca siciliana, dove i sentimenti della gente, erano piu' puri e piu' chiari... E, sicuramente, solo la Bellucci assomiglia qui.. ;))

  • haha, no wonder ppl say that "malena" looks like D&G ad:) cause this reminds me of Malena a lot

  • Music By Ennio Morricone

  • ANYONE KNOWS THE NAME OF SYMPHONY??

  • I love Dolce&Gabbana's spots.

This is specially beautiful, reminds the mediterranian seduction represented in the wonderful figure of Bellucci, an amazing sicilian widow. It's too latin, too italian.

  • yes. it's inspired by the italian film "malena" starring monica bellucci. :)

  • I watched this movie some years ago, yes there is a inpiration.

But i think the spot is more inpired in mediterranian culture.

  • yes of course its inspirated in mediterranean culture but the same as the film
