@kolton03 WRONG! There are no models for a baby in any clothes, so it keeps the model scale of the baby, but lets you play as a miniature person you created at the start! Pip-Boy inacessable. Equip stuff through the console, but all skills are permanetely zero, so guns are worthless.

To everyone who thinks he used console commands: he definitely did not. I've done this glitch myself,on the XBOX 360, you escape the Vault as a baby and when you enter the Wasteland you are that size, so everything looks bigger, you just think he's using console commands because you can't do it yourselves.
