  • fuckin rights jack you is a rennassaince man

  • I can only think that I take The Dead Weather for granted - like a hot-water-bottle when you fall asleep - Ouch! - Bring on Jamie for a complete ensemble?

  • Sounds almost like Primus could be doing this song.

  • shut up and listen or i'll burn you to death

  • definatly my favorite Dead Weather song <3

  • Reminds me of a cross between Electric Six and Captain Beefheart...

  • I heard this song on the movie "Manson , My name is Evil" and i had no clue it was the dead weather i thought it was a vietnam protest song.

  • @PeaceEagle72 it kinda was its not the dead weather it is "the west coast pop art experimental band" this a cover a bad one too...

  • @whatisV Oh, I looked them up and the original is better, but this is still a pretty good cover.

  • Bummer that guys live version got pulled.

  • 1 dislike. Who the fk?

  • west coast pop art experimental band!!!

  • Does anyone know where i can purchase this song? it would be greatly appreciated!

  • i like how you can't get this on itunes. it really just makes my fucking day.

  • ugh! what did they sel to twillight! :'O

  • way to bring past back to life this fuckin great jack you have definite insight on what will sell stick with the blues man you will never go wrong

  • no one like this band to grab you by the jugular & make you stop & think about things actually WORTH thinking about, is there?

  • lol i have always loved jack and always will. but sometimes.. well.. in most of these photos even, he looks like a fourteen year old girl posing for yet another myspace shot. seriously. but he's still a BABE. i'd pose next to him... in a wedding photo.... i really want jack and alison to be married. because i think she's his soul mate. she's probably the only woman in the world as sexy and talented as him. oh. i love this band.

  • Does anybody know what Alison's shirt says at :41? It looks like it says Jack White on the bottom line...

  • @soccerrox234 I think it says, "fuckwitt".

  • I freaking love this song, i could never find so i have to youtube it every time:(

  • i dont know you but there was a band called Sounds Incorporated... or something like that ............

they opened the show of the beatles at the shea stadium in new york... and this intro remind me the first song of the show!!! ill try to find the link!!!

  • This so should have been an album

  • The first time I read the news announcing the project of this band, I was sooo excited x) And the first time I heard their cover of "Are friends electric?" and saw their first tv-clip (tmlym) I was really disappointed...

Then I listended Horedhound and saw them live on youtube and realized that in fact they are f*cking axesome D:

Love them! but... why the hell did they sold a song for twilight?!! Were they high or something ? It must have paid very well :/

  • @xxxxNhojxxxx Well you know they probably did it for the publicity, since Twilight is so popular. But that being said, that doesn't mean that they like Twilight, they're probably trying just to get people to recognize their amazing music..... and using Twilight is obviously a good way to get recogized

  • @xxxxNhojxxxx Plus if someone was offering you a pile of money for your studio scraps, it would be hard to turn down.

  • @magicmike323 Well that's not as if the needed money :/

    It just sucks x)

  • @xxxxNhojxxxx Are friends electric? is one of their worse songs. if not THE worst even...

  • @maciekomis

There's no such thing as "bad" art. Get over yourself.

  • @Apathyist in my subjective mind, there is :)

  • @xxxxNhojxxxx Hey! "Are Friends Electric?" is a awesome cover!

  • @xxxxNhojxxxx I'm surprised how many respectable acts did a song for the twilight soundtrack. go figure.

  • @xxxxNhojxxxx The more people find out about their music, the better, no? Even if they like Twilight, they can't be ALL bad if they recognize how great this superband is.

  • @xxxxNhojxxxx Jack White was actually asked in an interview in NYLON magazine if he'd make a song for Twilight, and he replied, "If it feels right."

  • @xxxxNhojxxxx Well movie is a shit, but take a look to Twilight OST, pretty cool.

  • DAMN. HOT DAMN. i cannot believe how good these guys are.
