  • i live in the uk wat is the amount in a cup coz we dont use cups here we use grams and onuces

  • A cup is not a measurement!

  • for my opinion if you will use a handheld mixer make sure to mix in just one direction to achieve the exact consistency

  • i don't have powdered sugar can i use all purpose flour?

  • @CrazyEnora231 You can put your regular sugar into your blender and mix it well untill it turns in powder out! It works perfectly!

  • Hi I made this but the consistency was spreadable however it looked a little lumpy. I used a hand mixer. Any tips please? Should I have mixed it for longer. I also added food colouring in mine. Could this have made it lumpy? It tasted great though!

  • @faiQah8 Did you let your butter sit out at room temperature? It needs to always be at room temperature, that's usually the cause of a lumpy frosting...

I usually leave mine out the morning of, if I'm going to make a frosting that afternoon. (:

  • Hi Eric Crowley

I have just watched your video showing vanilla butter frosting which is exactly what I wanted to see and you made look very easy, but it looked absolutely fabulous.

I am going to make my own Cupcakes and ice them myself for my wedding in two weeks time. Can you give me a recipe for making the actual cupcake please?

I look forward to hearing from you.

    Regards
